Purebred Araucana. Araucanas originate from Chile. They are a medium sized bird who lay a blue-green egg, are hardy and good foragers.
Our araucanas lay very well basically all year round and also lay a very good sized egg (over 50g) for their size.
We have cockerels for sale most times throughout the year. Pullets also available during breeding season. Free-ranging and healthy stock.

Purebred Chinese Silkies in a variety of colours. Of all the ornamental chicken breeds, the Silkie is one of the most popular and beloved, and certainly one of the most entertaining to watch. Silkies originated in the Far East. They have black skin and bones and 5 toes instead of the normal 4. They are complete with gorgeous hair-like plumage and an incredibly sweet temperament, ideal as childrens pets. In addition, Silkie hens make wonderful brooders and mothers, and are even known to adopt baby ducks if given the chance! They are a good egg layer and have a small cream or tinted egg.
